National Route 24 of the National Cycle Network runs from Bath through Radstock, Frome, Warminster directly past Stockton Park and on to Salisbury. Recommended stop off points along the way are Longleat House & Safari Park Langford Lakes, The Bell Inn at Wylye, The Carriers at Stockton, The Ginger Piggery, The Dove Inn @ Corton, The Prince Leopold @ Upton Lovell and the Woolpack @ Sutton Veny. It winds its way through the beautiful Wylye valley with some with some stunning views of the of the Wiltshire Countryside
If you fancy a hill challenge on your bike, then head up toward Dinton from the village of Wylye go over the railway crossing. It is marked on the map . It's steep and long but the view at the top is well worth it. Coming back down is also great fun. Make sure you have good brakes.
